Terms and Conditions

Patrons agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and entry to the festival.

  1. All patrons require ID to enter the festival.
  2. 18+ patrons – valid photo ID (current Australian Drivers Licence, current passport or proof of age card) is required for Festival and Purchase of Alcohol.
  3. Under 18s patrons must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  4. Children under the age of twelve years of age will be admitted free when accompanied by a responsible adult.
  5. No PASS OUTS for Festival Patrons (excluding in the event of an Emergency and unforeseen circumstances at the sole discretion of the Promoter)
  6. Alcohol, animals, illegal substances, glass, chairs, food, drinks or anything that can be used as a weapon is not permitted to be brought into the Festival
  7. Excessive drinkers, illegal drug users or patrons displaying antisocial behavior will be evicted and dealt with by police.
  8. Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are dangerous and may lead to eviction from the event. The festival organizer accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities.
    No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stages.
  9. Persons attending the festival do so at their own risk.
  10. The re-issue of tickets to a different name will close 48 hours prior to event commencement
  11. There is a TOTAL FIRE BAN – fires (of any kind), flares, fireworks are not permitted.
  12. All bags will be inspected on entry by our friendly security staff.
  13. Wristbands are not transferable and must be worn at all times. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost.
  14. Any person bearing or wearing Motor Cycle Gang colours, patches or insignias are not permitted entry to the festival.
  15. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
  16. Please don’t drink and drive. Police may be breathalysing after the festival so beware!
  17. No professional cameras, video cameras or tape recorders allowed (small still cameras are allowed).
  18. Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances except if the entire festival is cancelled which is at discretion of the Caxton Street Development Association
  19. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of The Caxton Street Development Association, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. SCALPER WARNING: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
  20. We play rain or shine. Cancellations due to weather will occur only in the event of dangerous conditions and will be at the festival organiser’s sole discretion.
  21. The right is reserved to vary, to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary No refunds available in the event of a line-up change.
  22. No warranty is given nor representation made regarding the view of the stages.
  23. Persons attending the festival do so at their own risk.
  24. The festival organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or on the site, including theft or loss of personal belongings.
  25. Keep the festival site clean.
  26. Put your rubbish in the recycling bins.
  27. Respect the neighbours by arriving and leaving quietly.
